Very good location within walkable distance of main attractions. Comfortable and clean rooms. TV uses Chrome Cast, so you can project media from your apps. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

In general, all very good. Our room faced the parking lot behind the building but that meant it was quiet and we could even sleep with the window open a bit for fresh air which was nice because the air conditioning hardly worked. Breakfast was very good - nespresso machine and nice collections of loose teas and fresh squeezed orange juice. Location is reasonably central and the available private parking made it easy when we came by car. Room was clean and comfy and the shower gel smelled nice. Staff was friendly and they managed to squeeze us in for dinner in their restaurant which was good because it was fairly popular and we booked this all a bit last minute.

Good breakfast with great value for money. Big TV screen in the room. Location is relatively easy to reach by car, yet near the city centre. Nice shower with big overhead showerhead. Efficient check in and check out.

The lady who greeted us on reception was lovely. Professional and fun and with a sense of humour. We were made to feel very welcome despite only staying for one night. The hotel location was excellent as was the parking.

The people. The staff always said ‘yes’. The man running the bar and restaurant was super helpful to us and our dog ! We were able to park at the back of the hotel. It was a 6 minute walk to the town centre. It was a great stopover driving from Calais to the Arlberg in Austria.

The location is very near the Christmas Markets which was our main purpose in this travel. It has a secured parking space. The Breakfast is excellent with a variety of good choices. Our family had enjoyed the ambiance and the food in the restaurant. All the staff were very accommodating and helpful.

The staff had a great vibe and energy. Melissa was the great friendly face that met us. She is a full of energy and her energy definitely made a difference to our visit. The following day we met Anaïs who was also very friendly and helpful. These two ladies are great assets to the service industry and I wish them well

Very quiet, well insulated. Clean room. Comfortable beds. The room had a good size, with a table and chairs, a closet and a mini fridge. Great location. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is in the centre of the city and has all the facilities one would expect from an hotel of this class, bar, lift, restaurant, car park etc. The car park is small and on a first come basis so checking in early would be sensible.The staff are friendly and speak excellent English.

Staff are friendly and welcoming. It's a short walk either into the old part of town or, in the other direction, to the Pompidou Centre and commercial shopping area. The breakfast is plentiful and varied and the Lola and Emilie restaurant is well worth using - the food is delicious and the service is excellent.
